TCORF

TCORF (The Citizens’/Owners’ Rights Framework) is an evidence-based, non-ideological framework for individual use. It pins many abstract arguments to measurable pass/fail tests.
The framework consists of the 15 PDF documents below, available as one ZIP or individually.

No signup. Free for individuals (citizens, debaters, students, educators, researchers, journalists) acting on their own behalf (see Copyright, Terms of Use and Disclaimer). Use for an organisation requires a licence.

Competitive debaters: have your AI review TCORF in 2–5 minutes.

IMPORTANT: This document supplements the "Terms of Use" (Document 51). By accessing any materials on this Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these disclaimers.

Version integrity: Each release is published with a file digest list at www.tcorf.com. A copy whose digest does not match the published list for its version is not the framework, whatever it is called. The list at the official source is authoritative. A digest list distributed inside a document set would authenticate nothing, since a modified set can carry a modified list — which is why it is published only on the site. Verify on any system: sha256sum (Linux, macOS) or Get-FileHash -Algorithm SHA256 (Windows).

Tracking: No tracking (apart from the hosting provider’s standard server logs). The site runs on Infomaniak (an independent Swiss cloud provider). Downloads via GitHub are subject to GitHub’s own privacy policy; for no third-party processing, download from this website. (see Privacy, Terms of Use and Disclaimer).
